- Only fully vaccinated guests are allowed to enter the park
- All adults (18 years old and above) are required to show their MySejahtera Status for verification before entering the waterpark
- Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by fully vaccinated adults
- Things to Note Before Arrival:
– Admission numbers will be limited to 2,500 guests to facilitate the enforcement of social distancing
– Guests are encouraged to arrive at the park by 10:00 am or earlier. Due to the imposed maximum capacity, guests may have to wait or be denied entry when the maximum capacity has reached
– Guests are recommended to bring their own towel
– Guests are recommended to wear a face mask at all times and to only remove their face masks when they’re in the water
– Some experiences and mascot appearances have been suspended to avoid mass gatherings - Things to Note On Arrival:
– Temperature checks will be conducted at the entrance
– Contact tracing will be conducted at the entrance to the waterpark by scanning a QR code prepared upon entry
– Employees will wear personal protective equipment
– Social distancing will be aided by floor markings and signage
– Chlorine level tests will be conducted every 2 hours in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Health and the government
– The capacity for rides and slides will be limited
– Enhanced cleaning measures have been put in place. Please use hand sanitizers located around the waterpark
– Fitting rooms in retail stores will be closed
– Contactless payment methods are encouraged during your visit
